Delivery

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation of payment.

Shipping options

Deliveries in France and international deliveries are made by DHL, UPS, FedEX or another carrier previously validated by ALAINPAUL. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Delivery times

Paris: 24-48 hours on business days
France: 1–5 business days
EU Countries: 2–7 business days
International: 2–7 business days (customs may apply)

Responsibilities

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information.

Upon receipt, the Customer must verify the condition of the package. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and ALAINPAUL.

Shipping issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of the parcel, or absence, the Customer is responsible for additional return shipping costs and other fees involved. These costs and fees should be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel the order unless the maximum delivery timeframe is exceeded by more than 30 days. In that case, the Customer may request a cancellation and refund by contacting eshop@alainpaulstudio.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return.

Products must be returned complete, unused, in original packaging, with all labels attached.

Promotional, sale, custom, or made-to-measure items cannot be returned.

Return process

  1. Contact eshop@alainpaulstudio.com to request a return and receive return instructions.

  2. Send the product to the address provided in the instructions.

  3. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. ALAINPAUL is not liable for loss or damage during return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

The refund covers the product price only. Original shipping, customs, import fees, or return shipping costs are not refunded.

If you wish to exchange a product, contact eshop@alainpaulstudio.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
